Ready....Set....Go!!!!

Looks like we have 9 participants for the first Session.  Reminder that this goes until March 3rd and you can take vacation days (Mom & Dad - your Seattle vacation will be a large vacation from this.  We will just exercise extra hard!)

I have put a spreadsheet together and am trying to figure out how to put it on the site so you can all see the tracking.  Please either comment here or email me your numbers for the week. 

Reminder of the points:
100 minutes of exercise a week , no more than 5 treats per week
Treat definition:
Obvious sugar (cookies, cakes, brownies, ice cream, candy, sweet breads like pumpkin chip & muffins etc.), soda pop of any kind, chips, high calorie crackers and dips, anything you would consider “junk food” with low to no nutritional value...

For those who are soda drinkers - I think we should allow one 12oz can of Diet Soda per day for the first two sessions and not have them count towards treats.  No more than one can a day (Andrew - that is a can, not a bottle).
